Play a Vintage  Gibson Custom L-4 C made in 1952, under the direction of famed Gibson designer Lloyd Loar, the L-4 began its evolution from an oval-sound-hole acoustic guitar to the electrified, F-hole-adorned classic hollowbody jazz box we’re familiar with. The all-solid-wood L-4 CES sports a carved spruce top, and  maple back and sides and only weight 5 lbs 5 oz. . The fast mahogany neck is capped with a buttery bound rosewood fingerboard, 24,3/4″ scale, 1 11/16″ nut, 1 15/16 at the 7th fret and 2 1/6 at the 12th fret The neck depth thickness is .878 at the 1st fret, and  .956 at the 7th fret.. Gold hardware – including the iconic nickel L-4 “T” tailpiece – completes the setup. Glorious tone, effortless playability. .
