I just wanted to write and let you know how happy I am with my Eastman ER1 and my experience with Joe at your showroom. He had great suggestions, was very accommodating and more than willing to help and satisfy all my questions and needs to try different guitars of the same model. We even jammed a bit together which allowed me to really get a feel for each instrument I tried. I’ve had a couple gigs with my guitar thus far and just love it more every time I pick it up to practice or perform. I made the trek down from the Worcester, MA area specifically to visit you guys and it was absolutely worth it. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for an archtop to visit you guys. There is really no other way to find the right instrument without this sort of experience.
