Provenance Arthur Napolitano began building electric guitars in 1967, moved to Allentown in 1992, and began building archtops in 1993. The Primavera was his top-of-the-line instrument and this is a one off with customized bridge and tailpiece and flamed wood binding, built in the tradition of John D’Angelico. By the late 1990s–2000 period, his craftsmanship was fully mature — these are considered among his finest examples.
