Product Description
This beautiful 7-string Classical guitar is a part of American guitar history. Built sometime in the 1960’s by legendary luthier Vinny “Jimmy” DiSerio after his departure from the famed D’Angelico Guitar shop in New York City.
The guitar is in excellent condition for it’s age except for a significant grain split in the top which runs the from the bridge plate out to the kerfing. There is evidence of a previous repair attempt that looks to have been left incomplete.
Outside of that, there are a handful of insignificant finish scratches & wearing away from decades of use.
The guitar sets up beautifully. Plays & sounds as you would expect a fine, hand-crafted guitar built by a master luthier to play.
Comes with an authenticity certification from Gruhn Guitars.
