Product Description
Original Rare vintage 1956 sunburst Gibson es175 is in solid condition. Well loved & cared for. The neck is gorgeous, arrow straight with plenty of fret life. Tones are so much warmer and soulful with great expression and feeling. She is a joy under the fingers, and she is just a pleasure to play. The body is delightfully resonant and the guitar is really quite loud acoustically, due to the quality old woods and fully hollow design. There is something about the fit of these old gibsons that just jumps out at you; so finger friendly!
She will be perfect for the professional studio, player or found in the maple back 175. Plays like a dream, no repairs needed.
Finish is in excellent condition with no significant dings or scratches.
The original pickguard is slightly cupped & aftermarket Grover tuners were installed. Black touch up on top of headstock.
