Best Price Guarantee

Our goal at Guitars ‘n Jazz is to find you the best possible instrument that not only matches your personal requirements and play-style, but is also a guitar that you enjoy playing and look forward to picking up.

We strive to price our instruments as competitively as possible in order to give our customers the best possible value for their dollar. And as a guitarist myself I would never sell an instrument that didn’t live up to my own high standards and expectations.

All of our instruments are thoroughly inspected, tested, professionally set up, and carefully packed for shipment. And all instruments are sold with our 72 hour satisfaction guarantee.

We encourage you to call us for the best price possible. We routinely have demos, closeouts, blemishes, and used instruments available for purchase. And if you happen to find a lower price please let us know.

And please keep in mind that it’s difficult comparing various instruments on the Internet. Since many of our guitars come standard with upgraded woods and tone controls shopping by price alone won’t tell the whole story.

Since our inventory changes so frequently it’s best to call us to find all of your available options. With over 500 archtops in stock you can be assured that we have unbelievable guitars to fit any budget.

Product Description

*S O L D*

Introduced in 1932, the Epiphone Broadway has been one the company’s most popular models, and has remained in production, in various versions, on and off to this day. Upsized to 17 3/8″ inches in 1935, this noncutaway version was produced until 1955 and remains the most acoustically powerful variant of the model. Built with the same body size and scale length as the Deluxe, the Broadway sports the same gold hardware, powerful voice and playable neck of its costlier cousin. The Broadway peghead vine is among the most graceful inlays ever designed. With a more pronounced finial at the top, the inlay is cut with a bolder design than typical, with a wider pearl body to the intricate floral design. This guitar is in great shape, mildly flamed maple back, and a handcarved, quartersawn bookmatched solid spruce top. The guitar is fitted with all original gold hardware, including original Epsilon logo 16X1 tuners, the original “Patent Pending” Frequensator tailpiece and the original adjustable Brazilian rosewood bridge, along with the gorgeous original bound pickguard of thick red swirl tortoise. With original amber blonde finish, tuners, tailpiece and even pick guard, this is a superb model of the old Epiphones, with the chunky full tones that they were known for.  Undoubtably the best comping archtop ever made.  The original multiply binding is all tight to the body, and the tailpiece bend has been solidly rebrazed for strength. –
