The JazzAmpTM Convertible II is a Henriksen Head packaged in a gig bag with a Raezer's Edge Nighthawk II cabinet, custom designed exclusively for Henriksen. The Nighthawk II has an Eminence® Beta 10 speaker and an ASD1001 tweeter which can be dialed in and out using the cabinet's L-pad. The Convertible II comes complete with a JazzAmpTM Head, Nighthawk II cabinet, a 2 foot speaker cable and a gig bag.
The Convertible II delivers what can best be described as the most accurate reproduction of the acoustic sound of a guitar we have heard. The Convertible II has the tonal versatility to go from the classic rich, dark archtop tone to the warm, natural sound of a nylon string to the brilliance of a steel string flattop acoustic guitar with very little adjustment. The classic JazzAmp sound is present, with the addition of mid and high frequencies which can not only be dialed in and out with an L-pad volume control for the tweeter, but also blended perfectly using the 5-band equalizer.
